BARBACK – BEACH BAR Reports to: Beach Bar Supervisor and Beach Bar Manager

Lazure Hotel & Marina is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and energetic individual to join our F&B team in the position of Barback at the Beach Bar .

Your Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with the preparation and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
• Prepare the bar and work area before the start of each shift and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service;
• Replenish beverages, ingredients, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies as needed;
• Support the efficient and professional handling and preparation of guest orders;
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation within the Beach Bar;
• Communicate with guests in a warm and professional manner and assist them with beverage selections when required;
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly in cooperation with colleagues and supervisors;
• Cooperate closely with waiters, the kitchen team, and other F&B colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service;
• Handle bar equipment, glassware, and inventory with care;
• Perform other duties related to the position in accordance with operational requirements.

• Professional appearance and a responsible approach to work;
• Basic knowledge of beverages is considered an advantage;
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.
