As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a Finance Assistant / Junior Finance Specialist to join our team and support financial and accounting processes across several business areas.

This is a great opportunity for a young finance professional or recent graduate who wants to gain practical experience in finance and build a long-term career within an international company.

About the Position

The Finance Assistant will support day-to-day financial operations, payment control, documentation, reporting, and financial data management.

You will work closely with the Finance and Accounting teams and gain hands-on experience with real business transactions across several departments.

We are open to candidates with limited professional experienc e, as well as recent graduates with relevant education and a strong motivation to develop in finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, income, and expenses
• Maintain financial spreadsheets, records, and data in Excel and Bitrix24
• Collect, check, and organize invoices and financial documentation
• Assist with payment preparation and financial reporting
• Maintain records related to deposits, bookings, rental, and maintenance operations
• Assist with employee and owner payment calculations
• Prepare financial information and reports for management
• Cooperate with the Accounting team and other departments on financial matters

Requirements

• Degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
• Strong interest in developing a career in finance
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work with numbers and large amounts of information
• Responsible and systematic approach to work
• Ability to learn quickly and follow established procedures
• English language proficiency
• Willingness to work on-site in our Budva office
