About this job: We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to design, configure, and deliver scalable customer engagement solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

Location: Europe

How you'll make an impact:

• Lead functional analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE;
• Translate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions;
• Configure Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and related Power Platform components;
• Design integrations, data migration, security roles, workflows, and automation;
• Facilitate workshops, prepare solution documentation, and support testing and deployment;
• Provide technical guidance, review solution quality, and mentor junior team members;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project managers.

What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM;
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service; Field Service experience is an advantage;
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, security configuration, and solution management;
• Understanding of integration approaches, APIs, Azure services, and data migration;
• Experience working across the full implementation lifecycle;
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills;
• English proficiency sufficient for direct communication with international customers.

You are a star if you have:

• Microsoft certifications;
• Experience with enterprise-scale or multi-country implementations.
