Role Description

Regolith is looking for reliable and detail-oriented On-Demand (Part-Time) Logistics Specialist Associate to support local purchasing and fulfillment activities.

This is a hands-on field role involving supplier coordination, item collection and retrieval, product verification, packaging, and shipment handoff. You will help ensure that equipment and other items are properly purchased, prepared, documented, and transferred to the designated logistics partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect purchased or available work equipment from approved suppliers.
• Verify items against the required specifications, quantity, and condition.
• Safely handle and repackage items for shipment.
• Coordinate with couriers, freight providers, and other logistics partners.
• Prepare and maintain relevant procurement and shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, waybills, and other required documents.
• Provide shipment tracking and delivery updates.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, missing documentation, or delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records for each completed fulfillment task.
• Retrieve and store devices when required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in procurement, logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfortable performing hands-on activities such as collecting, transporting, packaging, and handing over physical items.
• Reliable local transportation.
• Smartphone or computer with reliable internet access.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills in English and the local language.
• Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation & Engagement

This is an Independent Contractor, Commission-Based opportunity. Compensation is based on completed fulfillment tasks, with assignments provided according to operational requirements and order volume in your area.

Tiered structure based on item size:

• $100 per unit for large devices like laptops
• $50 per unit for medium devices such as monitors, smartphones, inverters, tables, and chairs
• $10 per unit for small items like headphones, cables, mouse, and keyboards.

Important: This is not a fully remote position. Depending on the assignment, you may be required to travel locally to suppliers, collect items, prepare shipments, and coordinate handoffs with designated logistics providers.
